We tried every method for cooking Brussels sprouts in the air fryer to come up with the perfect combination of cooking times and temperatures, then infused them with balsamic and bacon flavors.

Air Fryer Balsamic Bacon Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh medium Brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half (about 4 cups)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 slices cooked bacon, chopped

Instructions

    Add Brussels sprouts to medium microwavable bowl; cover loosely with damp paper towel, and microwave on High 7 minutes. Drain, and pat sprouts dry.

    Add oil, salt and pepper to sprouts in bowl; gently stir to coat.

    Spray basket of air fryer with cooking spray. Spread sprouts in even layer in basket; set air fryer to 375°F, and cook 8 minutes.

    Stir or shake basket; cook 4 to 6 minutes longer or until sprouts are browned on edges and tender in center.

    Toss in bowl with vinegar and cheese; top with bacon.
