-
Step2Wash the asparagus in fresh water and carefully cut 1/2 inch from the bottom.
-
Step3Put the water in a large pot over medium high heat and bring it to a boil. Cook the asparagus for three minutes. Drain them and immediately put them in a container with water and ice, so they cool off and remain firm.

Step5With a pastry brush, cover the asparagus with butter, roll them in bread crumbs and wrap them in Serrano ham, without covering the tips.
-
Step6Open the can of Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls following the instructions. Cut each dough triangle into two pieces. Carefully wrap each asparagus with the dough, covering the Serrano ham.
-
Step7Arrange the asparagus uniformly, two inches apart from each other.
-
Step8Use a pastry brush to paint them with butter. Bake them for 12 minutes or until they’re slightly golden.
-
Step9While the asparagus bake, prepare the sauce. In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients. Set aside.
-
Step10When the asparagus are ready, remove them from the oven, place on a serving tray and decorate with the sauce.
