  • Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Bars are an easy lunchbox treat or after school snack! Remember when you were little, unpacking your lunchboxes in the cafeteria, everyone compared what your moms had packed for you that day? It was always a good day when you got one of those small pre-packaged brownies as a treat. But these Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ Bars are so easy, you can surprise your kids with a special treat without much effort at all. Of course we all have had the traditional cereal based chewy marshmallow treats, but these take the bars to a whole new level using Cinnamon Toast Crunch™. Just melt a little butter and marshmallows in a pan and add in the cereal. Press the gooey mixture down firmly into a pan and you’re done! The hint of cinnamon in the cereal adds so much to the marshmallow buttery flavor. You'll be Parent of the year for making the best lunch box treats in the whole wide world! Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 4 1/2 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch™ cereal

Instructions

    Spray an 11x17 or 9x9 pan with cooking spray.

    In a large pot melt better over low heat. Add marshmallows and cook over medium-low heat until marshmallows are completely melted.

    Once marshmallows are melted, remove pot from heat and add cereal to the pot, stirring to coat.

    Press into prepared pan and cool.

    Cut into bars and serve.
