Instant Pot™ Creamy Mac and Cheese

This creamy mac and cheese is just as easy as your favorite box brand, but is technically homemade. It’s a throw-together, stir-together cheesy pasta that can serve as family dinner or a holiday side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 carton (32 oz) Progresso™ chicken broth
  • 1 lb uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 8 oz Kraft™ Velveeta™ original cheese product, cut into small cubes
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons butter

    Spray 6-quart Instant Pot™ insert with cooking spray.

    Add broth and macaroni to insert; stir.

    Secure lid; set pressure valve to SEALING. Select MANUAL; cook on high pressure 5 minutes. Select CANCEL. Set pressure valve in VENTING position to release pressure. Add milk, mustard, cheeses and butter. Carefully stir until cheeses are melted.
