These delicious bite-sized treats combine brownies and chocolate chip cookies with a surprise treat in the middle!
Mini Peanut Butter Brownie Bites

Ingredients
- 1 roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
- 48 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups® Mini's (from 7.6-oz bag)
- 1 box (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Delights Supreme Original Brownie Mix
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 350°F. Place mini paper baking cups in each of 48 mini muffin cups; spray baking cups with cooking spray.

Step2Place 1 level teaspoon cookie dough in bottom of each muffin cup; press evenly in bottom. Cover and refrigerate remaining cookie dough for another use. Lightly press peanut butter cup, bottom side down into center of each cup.

Step3Make brownie batter as directed on box. Top cookie dough and candy in each cup with 2 teaspoons of the brownie batter.

Step4Bake 15 to 18 minutes, or until edges are set. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Remove to cooling rack; cool completely about 30 minutes. Store covered in airtight container.
