The absolute PERFECT summer cocktail made with refreshing sorbet and champagne!

More About This Recipe

  • Sitting outside this summer is basically unbearable, unless I have a freezing cold cocktail to cool me down. And I just happen to have a favorite bevvie, a Sparkling Sorbet Cocktail - it's simple, colorful and bubbly to boot. Pick any flavor of sorbet you’d like. Go for color, like a raspberry or blood orange flavor. Scoop the sorbet into a pretty glass and pour champagne over it. Serve with a spoon or a cute straw and enjoy ASAP because it WILL melt. TIP: Scoop out the sorbet and put it in the serving glasses. Stick the glasses in the freezer until ready to serve. When you’re ready, pop the cork and pour the bubbly over the frozen sorbet. It’s perfectly refreshing! For a fun presentation, line up several different colored sorbets for a rainbow effect.
