Limeade is the perfect way to cool off on a hot day, and this citrus-kissed mocktail is no exception. Served with layers of colorful fruit, it’s a taste of the rainbow.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blackberries or blueberries
  • 1 cup kiwi fruit, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup fresh diced pineapple
  • 1 cup fresh diced mango
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 3/4 cup limeade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 liter (4 cups) lemon-lime soda or ginger ale, chilled

    Layer blackberries, kiwi fruit, pineapple, mango and strawberries in a 64 oz pitcher. Drizzle with limeade concentrate, top with soda.
