  • We know of only one sauce (besides ranch, obviously!) that is so incredible, it’s garnered a cult-like following. If you guessed Sriracha, you would be right. Sriracha is a slightly sweet, not-so-slightly spicy chili sauce made from hot peppers, garlic, sugar and vinegar. If you’re into hot sauce, believe us when we say this stuff is magic and makes virtually any food better. For obvious reasons, we felt it our duty to pair this highly addictive, highly-delicious condiment with popcorn. In short, Sriracha popcorn is the answer to all your movie-night, game-night or any-night snack dilemmas. We actually don’t know of a better popcorn recipe better than Sriracha popcorn, but if it’s not your thing, we have plenty of recipes for your favorite salty snack.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 8 cups popcorn

Instructions

    In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Sriracha, and garlic. Pour over popcorn and toss. Serve immediately and enjoy!
