No joke, these candied pecans are basically magic: We’re talking just 5 ingredients and 20 minutes to prep. Coated in sugar, butter and cinnamon and mixed with dried cranberries, they’re a perfect in-a-pinch hostess gift that will get you invited back time and time again. Great for party favors, too!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pecan halves
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

    Spray 18x13-inch rimmed sheet pan with cooking spray.

    In 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat pecans, sugar and butter over medium heat 8 to 12 minutes, stirring frequently, until sugar has melted and pecans are coated. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with salt and cinnamon; stir again to combine.

    Transfer nuts to sheet pan; separate with fork. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. Break apart nuts if needed.

    Mix with cranberries. Store in airtight container.
