More About This Recipe

  • Cauliflower is a very versatile vegetable and can be cooked in many ways. My all-time favorite is this cauliflower nuggets recipe. They are delicious and they can be served as an appetizer, or if you make them even smaller, they are great as a snack during parties and meetings. The best part is that you can prepare them ahead of time and freeze them. To heat them up, take them out of the fridge, when they reach room temperature, place them in the oven for a few minutes and enjoy!
