Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup finely diced onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls (8 Count)
  • 4 slices processed cheddar cheese, cut diagonally in half
  • 2 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tomato, sliced thin
  • 2 large sandwich pickles, diced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
Make With
Pillsbury Crescents

Instructions

  • Step
    1
In a large skillet, brown burger and onions together until fully cooked. Use a spatula to break the ground beef into large chunks, but do not over-crumble. Salt and pepper lightly.
  • Step
    2
Open Pillsbury™ Crescents, unroll and separate each triangle. On a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza pan, arrange the triangles so the thicker ends are overlapping each other and the thin points are extending away from the center of the circle.
  • Step
    3
Spoon cooked burger and onion mixture toward the center of the ring, on the larger ends (not toward the points), then pick up each triangle point and place it up and over the filling mixture. Place sliced cheese around the top of the ring. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crescents have turned a light golden brown.
  • Step
    4
Remove ring from oven and sprinkle with lettuce. Top with sliced tomatoes and pickles.
  • Step
    5
In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise and ketchup until well blended. Slice the ring while warm and serve immediately with the mayo-ketchup sauce on the side.
