Creamy chicken and jalapeños encased in a flaky crust!

More About This Recipe

  • Know what I love? A crispy, crunchy deep fried jalapeño popper, that’s what. I mean, is there anything more divine than biting into that crispy exterior to discover a spicy pepper loaded with cheesy goodness? Well...maybe. What would you think if I told you that I took all the frying out of jalapeño poppers and instead turned them into a big ol’ party ring of flaky, delicious crescent dough? All the flavors of a popper, none of the stinky deep frying. You guys are going to love this simple recipe! You’re going to need two packs of crescent rolls, some diced cooked chicken, a handful of grated cheddar cheese, three jalapeño peppers and a brick of cream cheese. I like to pop a bowl of ranch dressing right in the center of the ring to make dipping easy. (I don’t know about you, but I have to have ranch with my poppers!)
