More About This Recipe

  • I went to a friend's home recently and she said they were having a TV party. What is a TV party you ask? I asked the same thing. She explained that it's a party in where people hang out and watch either a massive sporting event or even a TV series or a game show. In this case, it was a huge, global sporting event. I realized that as long as there is plenty of finger foods and good snacks to munch on, you are set for a fun evening. Oh, and might as well bring some earplugs as well because people were screaming their heads off! I ate a hodgepodge of things from the table but the thing that stood out for me was something my friend called cheese balls. They were utterly addictive and I could not stop eating them no matter how much I tried. Even though they were so good, I couldn't help but think they would have tasted better with a tad bit of spice. Just a little kick, so to speak! I know, it's a shocker that the Latin woman thinks something tastes better with a little chile. Well, once I came home and tried to make them myself, I realized that I was right! I used the jalapeno queso quesadilla. I highly recommend these puppies for your next TV gathering. You will not disappoint.
