Eggless Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • 2/3 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup oat flour (see how to make in tips section)

Instructions

    In a medium-sized mixing bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar using a hand mixer or a wooden spoon until the mixture is well blended. Add in the vanilla, milk, salt, and cinnamon and mix until just combined.

    Add in the oat flour and stir until just combined. Eat immediately, or chill until cold, then enjoy.
