Friends + Brunch = Frunch! For a fun, easy way to entertain friends for brunch, set up your own DIY mimosa bar.

More About This Recipe

  • Brunch has become a go-to meal for entertaining and spending time with friends. It’s relaxed, simple to plan, and also seems to be the most accommodating to increasingly busy schedules

While the combination of OJ + champagne will always be the classic for mimosas, feel free to experiment with other juices. Let your guests join in a little brunch mixology! For a refreshing twist on the standard mimosa that’s ideal for brunching, set up your own DIY mimosa bar.
To set up a mimosa bar, set out a selection of different fruit juices along with champagne. You can opt for one big bottle (or two) or use mini bottles so that each guest can have their own.

Although you can certainly leave the juices in their original cartons, for a more polished look, pour each into its own glass container or pitcher. Then simply set the juices out with the champagne and glasses.
From here, let your guests help themselves. Everyone will enjoy making their own custom mix (cranberry and orange together are scrumptious), and as host you can spend your time enjoying the party (instead of manning the bar).
