More About This Recipe

  • If you need an excuse to see your amigos, prepare this simple jalapeño and chorizo cheese dip and invite them over! I assure you they’ll love it. Queso fundido or choriqueso, is a melted cheese dip that originates from Mexico. Ideal for serving as an appetizer or special cocktail dish, I like to serve mine with tortilla chips. This jalapeño and chorizo cheese dip is the perfect combination of colors, textures and sabores for your table.
