Mini Granola Breakfast Pizzas

Kitchen table or café window? With these fun-size breakfast pizzas on display, we can't tell the difference. Between the granola, honey, butter, fruit and almonds, this recipe is so easy, you'll have plenty of time to make it look insta-worthy.

Mini Granola Breakfast Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cascadian Farm™ organic oats and honey granola
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 containers (5 oz each) Oui™ by Yoplait vanilla French style yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed berries, such as blueberries, raspberries or sliced strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sliced almonds

Instructions

    Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray large cookie sheet with cooking spray.

    Add granola to food processor; process 8 to 10 seconds or until coarsely ground. Transfer to medium bowl; add butter and honey. Stir until completely combined.

    Divide mixture, and form 4 rounds (about 4 inches in diameter and about 1/2 inch thick) at least 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 9 minutes or until lightly browned on edges. Cool completely on cookie sheet, 20 to 25 minutes.

    When ready to serve, top each granola round with yogurt and berries. Spoon peanut butter into resealable food-storage plastic bag; cut small corner off, and gently squeeze a drizzle of peanut butter over berries. Top with almonds.
