Rich yogurt and tart raspberry come together in this easy yogurt granola bark for a breakfast treat you’ll want to keep in your freezer all the time.

Yogurt Granola Bark

Ingredients

  • 4 containers (5.5 oz each) Liberté® organic Philippine coconut or lavender yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Cascadian Farm™ organic oats and honey granola
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries, halved
  • 2 tablespoons chopped toasted walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon shredded orange peel, if desired

Instructions

  • Step

    Line large rimmed cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper. Stir each container of yogurt, and spread on parchment paper to 1/4-inch thickness (15x10-inch rectangle).

    Top with remaining ingredients. Freeze 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until firmly set. Break into pieces. Store pieces in covered container in freezer.
