Pumpkin Martini Mocktail

What do you get when you add James Bond’s go-to refreshment to everyone’s favorite fall pie? We did the math, and the results were simply luscious. This dessert-like mocktail tastes of pumpkin spice and everything nice, then gets a garnish of graham cracker crust making it a shaken (and stirred) treat that tastes just like pie in a glass.

Ingredients

  • Sweetened condensed milk, for garnish
  • Graham cracker crumbs, for garnish
  • 1/4 cup half-and-half
  • 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 teaspoon aromatic bitters
  • 1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

    Dip rim of 3-oz stemmed glass into sweetened condensed milk and then into graham cracker crumbs.

    To cocktail shaker, add half-and-half, 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk, the pumpkin, bitters and pumpkin pie spice. Stir 15 seconds to combine. Add ice; shake 30 seconds. Pour into glass, straining out ice.
