Beef up your ramen game with this sesame-studded one-pot dinner. Easy enough for weeknights but delicious enough that you’d think it’s takeout, these ain’t your college-level beef ramen noodles.

More About This Recipe

  • If ramen noodles are even slightly reminiscent of your college days when you used to scrimp and slurp your way through a bland Syrofoam cup of ramen, then first of all, you have our sympathies and second, this recipe is for you. We ditched that mysterious flavor packet (what exactly is in there, anyway?!) for savory beef broth, fresh ginger, spicy sriracha and sesame oil. While almost as frugal, to say sesame ginger beef ramen noodles are also tastier than your average ramen would be a colossal understatement. Speaking of statements, we can’t overstate the deliciousness of our other beef recipes. See for yourself.
