Frozen meatballs get transformed into cheeseburgers with this fun fondue recipe!

More About This Recipe

  • This super easy fondue is a fun twist on a dinner staple. Cheeseburgers are great and all, but let’s liven dinnertime up, shall we? Forget the grill. Forget the hot skillet. Forget shaping your meat into patties! Bust out the frozen meatballs, a creamy cheese sauce, and all of the fixin’s— this cheeseburger fondue is the perfect dinner recipe when you want to add an element of fun. (It also makes a great appetizer.) You’ll want to create an easy cheese sauce. Don’t be scared, because this cheese sauce is super easy and it has beer, so you know it’s going to be good! Next, you’ll just arrange some pickle relish, shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes around your cheese sauce and warm meatballs. Grab some toothpicks or fondue forks and start dipping to your heart’s content. My favorite variation included a little of everything! The fire roasted diced tomatoes really help to add that smoky, grilled cheeseburger flavor. Don’t be afraid to really pile the toppings on. The more, the better!
