Caramel vodka and apple cider combine for a spiked fall treat.

More About This Recipe

  • These apple cider jelly shots made with caramel vodka are the perfect way to celebrate fall. One of my favorite fall activities is driving to an apple orchard and picking fresh apples right off the tree to use for all of my fall baking and cooking (and just plain eating) needs. I also can’t help visiting the little bakeries or stores that often accompany orchards, complete with fall treats like apple cider donuts, hot apple cider or caramel-covered apples. Combining those fall flavors into a jelly shot will make a great addition to your fall gatherings! While you’re out apple picking, grab some apple cider and pick up this salted “Karamel” vodka from Stoli® at your local liquor store. When ready to serve, insert cinnamon sticks into the sides of the shots. This is an awesome little trick for getting your shots dislodged from the glasses with considerably less mess (and awkwardness). Just swirl the stick around the glass to get the shot out and then use it like a spoon. These may be my favorite jelly shots to date! (And that’s saying a lot.) Cheers!
