The only thing better than melty cheese in the middle of a tortilla is melty chocolate-hazelnut spread. We know, because we made it.

  • Sure, you could eat Nutella™ from a spoon. But cook it into a quesadilla with fresh raspberries and you may never need that spoon again. This quick and simple recipe is great for snacktime, and doubles as dessert, too. To make, simply slather Nutella™ atop a whole wheat tortilla, top with fresh raspberries, fold in half and fry until golden. The Nutella™ melts and oozes out the edges. The raspberries soften and meld their tart flavor into each bite. And while you can wait until it cools and enjoy at room temp, you may find this warm, gooey, chocolaty, melty quesadilla is irresistible when warm. And though we like to tout it as a great 3-ingredient snack, serve it for dessert with some fresh whipped cream for dipping, and watch your brain jump over the moon. Ingredients

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 2-3 tablespoons chocolate hazelnut spread (like Nutella®)
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • Nonstick coconut oil spray (or other nonstick cooking spray)

Instructions

    Spread Nutella™ on tortilla. Top with raspberries. Fold in half and spray each side with cooking spray.

    Cook in a frying pan over medium heat, until tortilla begins to crisp. Flip and cook on the second side. Slice in half and serve warm.
